DAMA-NV.EU is not a casino operator.

This website is an independent information resource focused on casino operators, company relationships, licensing information and changes in the brands connected with them. We do not own, represent, or have any affiliation with Novatrix SRL, Dama N.V. or any casino listed on the site.

What DAMA-NV.EU Does

The purpose of the site is to organise publicly available information about casino operators and brands, identify changes in operating companies and licensing details, and make those relationships easier to verify.

Current primary documents are preferred over older third-party listings. Where possible, operator claims are checked against casino Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, About pages, responsible-gaming documents, legal footers and regulator records.

The homepage distinguishes between Verified and Tracked records. Verified means a current primary page controlled by the brand explicitly identified Novatrix SRL when checked. Tracked means the relationship remains in the working dataset but the primary evidence recorded by DAMA-NV.EU is not yet strong enough to classify it as directly verified.

Independence

A Verified status is not an endorsement, rating or recommendation. It describes only the operator relationship supported by the cited source at the time of review.

DAMA-NV.EU does not offer gambling services, process payments or register player accounts.

Corrections and Source Changes

Operator and licensing information changes over time. When a newer primary source contradicts an existing entry, the newer evidence should take priority and the database should be corrected rather than preserving an outdated claim.

The site's public verification and corrections standard is described on the Corrections and Methodology page. Source links and exact check dates are included in the main database so material operator claims can be independently rechecked.

A public email or contact form is not currently published. DAMA-NV.EU therefore does not claim to provide a direct complaint-handling service. The corrections page documents how evidence is evaluated and how conflicting sources are treated.

Scope

All content is provided for informational and research purposes. Decisions regarding the use of gambling services remain the responsibility of the individual user.

Complaints concerning a casino's gambling service, account, withdrawal or customer support should be directed to the relevant casino or regulator rather than to DAMA-NV.EU.
